And with our No Hassle Guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Issue an RMA and we'll work with you to replace, exchange, repair or issue a refund for your purchase. Whatever it takes to keep your boating experience a happy one.

To issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization), logon to your account, go to orders, click on review previous orders and click RMA for the appropriate order.

No Hassles Policy



Details Regarding Returns:
  • Computer software, air conditioners and swimwear may not be returned.
  • We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only.
  • Special Orders may be subject to a restocking fee (Unless prohibited by law).
  • Orders that are fabricated to your specification such as custom canvas, vinyls, woodwork, mounting hardware etc.. Can not be returned (Unless prohibited by law).
  • Returns received after 60 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
  • dredgeharbor.com will not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to an error we made during the processing or shipment of your order.

Shipping

We use UPS as our primary shipper, and almost all items get shipped UPS. Some oversize or very heavy items will ship by truck and will be priced accordingly. You will be contacted for an approval if On the rare occasion the shipping for your order is more then the shipping price shown at checkout.


About sales tax

Why Am I Charged Sales Tax On My Order? dredgeharbor.com is required by law to collect sales tax in any state we have a physical presence. Our Company Dredge Harbor Boat Center LLC is located in New Jersey and therefore is required to collect tax on orders being shipped to New Jersey.
